AKIA TAX CONSULTANTS was established in 2008 in Yokohama by 3 partners all with rich experience for supporting foreign affiliated companies to start and operate their business in Japan. Our standard service items are as follows.
A. Incorporating KK or GK, or Registration of Japan branch
B. Accounting and tax outsourcing
　a. Monthly reporting BS & IS to HQ
　b. Payment service via internet banking
　c. Monthly issuing of customer invoices and checking of AR collection
　d. Corporate tax & consumption tax return filing, etc.
C. Payroll, bonus calculation and year-end adjustment
D. Social insurance programs
　a. Opening accounts at social & labor insurance offices
　b. Filing of new employment/unemployment
　c. Annual reports
E. Others
　a. Representative nominee service
　b. Office address rental
　c. Preparing a shareholders' meeting
